The Abundance Projects exists to bring love, joy, and happiness into the community by creating experiences that demonstrate life’s abundance. We believe that everything people desire is available to them if they believe they deserve it. Through intentional acts of kindness and immersive experiences, we show that love and generosity can come from unexpected places.
We aim to shift mindsets toward abundance thinking—helping people believe in their own worthiness to receive love, opportunity, and joy. Over time, we hope to create generational shifts, where children who experience abundance through our programs grow up to become adults who spread that same love and generosity.
We want people to feel uplifted, inspired, and deeply connected—to themselves, to their community, and to the limitless possibilities of life. Every interaction, whether through an event, a volunteer experience, or a simple conversation, should leave people with a sense of warmth and hope.
One of our most beautiful events was decorating gingerbread houses with over 250 children from a local Head Start program. These kids, who often don’t have access to extra holiday treats, were given unlimited decorations and showered with attention from volunteers. The pure joy on their faces reminded us why this work is so important.
We create experiences that bring joy and wonder to children and families. Past and future events include holiday celebrations, immersive art and creativity workshops, nature retreats, and surprise acts of kindness, like delivering unexpected gifts or experiences to those who may not have access to them otherwise.
We listen to the needs of the community, pay attention to where joy is missing, and dream up experiences that will make people feel loved and celebrated. We also prioritize experiences that foster connection, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
While many of our experiences to date focus on children, we create events that inspire all ages. Some are family-centered, while others may be targeted at specific groups, such as single parents, elderly individuals, or teens seeking mentorship and support.

Running the organization and providing these events requires supplies, transportation, food, access to a donation software platform and marketing.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of The Abundance Projects. Volunteers can help with event preparation and setup, mentoring, outreach, and hands-on activities. We create opportunities for connection, reflection, and shared joy so that volunteers leave feeling as enriched as those they serve.
